A4. The request in advance have priority. But the bid lose to the other bidder, then the request is invalidated. So if the later request is higher bid price, we accept after that and bid by the later request. We inform in case of your request later when we receive your request.
Q3. The auction is bid on with higher bid price than that I requested, why?

A3. It is possible that the plural member request on the same auction. So if your request is in advance against the other request but your request lose to the other bidder, then your request is invalidated. And then it happens in case of that the bid price by the other request is higher. By the way, we return the money like Q1 because your request is invalidated.
Q2. Can I request to rebid on the same auction with higher bid price?

A2. Yes. please pay additionally and request to us on the same way. And then please write "rebid" and the sum of bid price on the bid price frame of the order sheet.
Q1. Is it possible that the business is not concluded?

A1. Yes. It is possible that the business is not concluded in spite of that you requested. And then we return the money that you paid beforehand. Following cases is possible as a cause.

Case1: The auction was already finished when we read your request E-mail.
Case2: The bid that you requested lost to the other bidder.
Case3: The other member already requested on the same auction.
Case4: The exhibitor refused to the business with us.

* We don't inform you the situation of bid on the auction before the bid win. So please confirm yourself whether your bid is highest now or not.

A7. We may delete the member registry when we judge that you violate the rule. When we judge is following cases.

Case1: You used this service;ask question, refer to auctions etc., without the will of buying.
Case2: You got only information by use this service and bought by the other way.
Case3: You refused the business after we bid.
Case4: You didn't pay within 7 days after the shortfall information.
Case5: Your behavior was too insincere or violated against the rule.

* About Case3 and Case4, we don't return the money and send the goods in case of that the business is not completed practically by that we have no communication with you. We judge that there are no communication after 10 days after the shortfall information.
Q6. Can I cancel the request and get the money to return?

A6. No. After we bid, you cannot cancel. If you refuse the business, we don't return the money.
Q5. The money is returned in spite of winning the auction, why?

A5. Because the bid is not by your request. In the same of Q4, if your request is later, the request in advance have priority. So when the bid by the request in advance win, although the highest bid price is lower than your request, our the other party of the business is not you but the other member that request in advance then.
