A01: The table is not a picture file. As you copy and paste the text, please
choose from the first rectangle to the last rectangle then copy and paste.
Q02: Lot No. is very long, so tell me the easy way to write.

Q03: Can I order the goods more than 9 items?
A03: Yes, you can. The table prepared have only rectangles for 9 items, so please increase rectangles by tapping Enter key on the last rectangle.
Q04: Can I choose other way to pay and sending type?

Q05: Should I send an order sheet as appending file?
A05: No, you should not. Please be sure to write as the text of the e-mail.
Q06: I don't receive the answer for my order, what should I do?

whether your mail arrive and then write your name and your order sheet
on your e-mail again. Don't reorder without inquiry. And don't use mobile

Q07: I can not pay within 7 days, may I order?
A07: No, you may not. Please order after you become able to pay.
Q08: Can I cancel my order?
A08: No you can not. By the way, if you didn't pay within 7days, although
the order is canceled automatically, in case of that we may refuse your
other order in the future. So please be careful when you order.
Q09: Can I change the contents of my order sheet?
A09: Yes, you can. If you received "Order ID", please send an
e-mail to "support_kyogokutakamasa@yahoo.co.jp" then write "Order
ID" and changed order sheet on your e-mail. If you didn't receive
"Order ID" yet, please send an e-mail to "support_kyogokutakamasa@yahoo.co.jp"

Q01: If I didn't send an e-mail that I paid, what happen?
A01: In spite of that you have paid already, we can not know that. So we
may recognize that you don't pay within 7days and the order may be canceled.
Please be sure to send the e-mail that you paid.
Q02: Because I want to pay as early as possible, may I pay immediately
after my order?
A02: No, you may not. We can not always accept your order, because if others
ordered before your ordering and the indication of stocks was not updated,
although the indication of stocks is not "0", it is possible
that the goods is out of stock then. So please wait for the e-mail "Your
order was accepted".
Q03: I don't receive the answer for my e-mail that I paid, what should
I do?

Q05: I received the e-mail "Request of additional paying ", tell
me the way to pay.
A05: please send the shortfall to us by a registered letter for sending
money. Then please write "Order ID" on a paper and insert the
paper into the same letter. And please tell us by e-mail that you paid,
then write "Order ID" and your name in the e-mail. So we answer
the e-mail what subject is "Thank you for paying"
Q06: Can I cancel my order after paying?
A06: No, you can not.

Q01: The goods don't arrive,what should I do?
A01: There is the information of standard days for delivery of EMS on the
page "About sending the goods". If the goods didn't arrive in
spite of that it took quite over standard days, an accident may happen.
We can search for the delivery process according to your address, so please
inquire when the goods don't arrive in spite of that it takes quite over
standard days. Finally when the goods are damaged or lost by an accident,
you can be compensated in case of EMS. By the way, in case of SAL, although
standard days are 3 weeks it can take quite over 3 weeks according to the
situation or your address. We can not search for the delivery process after
sending and finally when the goods are damaged or lost by an accident,
you can not be compensated. So if you importance to certainty, please choose
EMS.
Q02: When the accident for shipping happens, can I get the compensation?
A02: If you chose EMS, you can get. But if you chose SAL, you can not get.
Q03: Although the goods arrived, the goods don't coincide with my order.
A03: If there is the lack of goods, please inquire. We send the lack of
goods again.
Q04: I don't recieve the e-mail of"Information of completion of sending",
what should I do?
A04: The e-mail may not arrive by an accident, so please inquire whether
we send the goods and then write your name and your "Order ID"
